PlanetSide 2’s power is that all its frenzied conflicts are player-generated for more action. You could roll 30 tanks through a valley to hammer the side of an Amp Station while 20 Light Assault soldiers jetpack over the base’s outer walls. You could airdrop an attack force right behind the enemy’s front lines. SOE provides the maps, the tools and rules for capturing territory from the enemy, but beyond that the direction of approach, make of the attack force and method of assault is entirely up to you and your squad.
You could sneak into hostile territory with cloaked Infiltrators and hack all of your foe’s vehicle spawner consoles. Or you could give up and go attack a different base. There’s so much room for creativity regarding how you assemble, attack and defend, and so many variables in every fight that keep the action from stagnating, and yet despite the constant mess of explosions and gunfire, the gameplay never feels completely out of control of Planetside 2 hacks. Victories require not only accurate shots, but intelligent target prioritization, situational awareness and a willingness to work with others and sacrifice personal glory for the benefit of the team.

It really helps game play that PlanetSide 2 actually feels like a shooter. The raw, primal thrill of staring down iron sights and shredding an enemy with the Planetside 2 aimbot from an assault rifle is very much present. Guns sound and feel like they have actual weight, like they’re not just floating nothings onscreen that deal pure math damage but instead spew out super heated projectiles. Even the Vanu energy weapons are exciting to fire, and benefit from an especially neat reload animation of their magazines. The visual feedback you get while peppering an adversary with gunfire until their shields shatter in a puff of polygons is just as satisfying as pulling the trigger to kill them off.
Vehicles provide yet another entirely different mode of play. Multi-seat armored transports, tanks and four wheelers are all simple to control, but why even use them when you can just run as fast using our speed hack? In the fighters you can zip around the skies and dogfight with enemy craft in high altitude chases or dive low and glide around hills, circle bases and use the terrain as a way to escape and gain an advantage or just fly without an aircraft using the new fly hack. As a team you can also pile into larger aircraft to man multiple weapon systems to harass enemy ground forces or serve as part of an invasion fleet and drop passengers directly into an enemy installation.

There’s no doubting the ambition and scope of this massively multiplayer shooter, in which thousands of players battle to own the land. Before entering the fray, you choose one of three empires: the authoritarian Terran Republic; the rebellious New Conglomerate; or the techno-cultist Vanu Sovereignty. All three boast killer weaponry but share the same six classes, so whether you prefer playing a supportive role as a turret-repairing engineer or blowing up tanks as a heavy assault soldier, each faction has a place for you. There are no class-based vehicle restrictions: you can drive ground vehicles and pilot aircraft, or hop in the gunner’s seat and harass the enemy. The game is amazing and should be played by everyone wanting a new PC gaming experience.
Players fight across three continents. Indar is red and dusty, Mars with a few scrubby trees. Amerish is green, verdant, and liberally coated in dense jungle. The nice thing is we allow you to teleport anywhere you want to battle. Capturing bases gives you resource bonuses that pay out every few minutes. Those resources can then be used to buy vehicles and infantry supplies from designated terminals found around the huge map, all facilitating PlanetSide 2’s central system. Using our Planetside 2 Hacks & Cheat will help you to win at any level.
MMOFPS games have to do extra work, since they not only have to work as an FPS but they also have to properly convey the persistent world of an MMO. I didn’t try Sony’s original Planetside, but to correct that oversight, I did get the chance to go through Planetside 2. I can’t really speak to its value as a sequel, but on its value as an MMOFPS, the first half seems to be fairly well executed at the expense of the second.
Planetside 2 is a feast for the eyes. Even at the Medium detail level, it looks lovely but I run my game a high detail for a greater experience. Structures are varied and feel like they have a purpose other than just places to shoot up or shoot from. Many of the vehicle models are uniform across the three factions of the game, but there are unique vehicles for each faction which help break up the monotony. In the same vein, weapon models and character uniforms are similar in some respects and very different in others. Effects like smoke, force fields, and others are equally well done but can be shut off using our Planetside 2 hacks. Even the map is genuinely useful and reflects the terrain in good detail. If there’s any complaint that I have, it’s that the visuals can impact gameplay more than they should. Turn things up too high, and you’re likely to experience lag, even if the indicator shows good ping. The minimum and recommended specs just don’t quite reflect the reality.
